Choose a product, tap Buy Now or Add to Cart, then fill in your name, phone number, address and city or province at checkout. You do not need an account or an email.

After you place an order we call the phone number you entered to confirm it. Please keep your phone on and enter a number that works.

Tell us when we call to confirm your order, or contact us as soon as possible. We will let you know what is still possible.

To stop spam, the number of orders per phone number or device is limited. Placing very many orders in a short time may get new orders refused. If this happens to a real order, contact us.

Cash on delivery only. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. There is no online payment.

A flat home-delivery fee applies in each market. It is added to the order total when you place the order.

We will tell you the expected delivery time when we call to confirm your order.

Check that the items match your order before you pay the courier. If something is wrong, tell us right away.

If an item arrives damaged, wrong or not as described, contact us and we will help. We will explain the options for returns and exchanges when we speak.
