A weekly cleaning routine that is light, not exhausting
Splitting housework into small daily tasks keeps the home clean without a big weekend scrub.

A clean home does not need one exhausting day. Splitting the work into small daily pieces is lighter and easier to keep up.
A few minutes each day
Wipe the kitchen counter, sweep the eating area, empty the bin when it is full and put things back in their place.
Spread it across the week
- Early week: dust shelves and furniture with a feather or extendable duster.
- Midweek: scrub the bathroom, sink and surfaces with scouring pads.
- Weekend: mop the floors and change the towels and bed linen.
Keep tools ready
Store the mop, dustpan and sponges in one easy-to-reach spot. Tools within reach make it easier to start.
Play music, do it together
Share the jobs with the family and put on a favorite playlist. Cleaning goes faster and feels better.
